Abstract:
To improve workability when attaching target holding jigs to a large number of points of a measurement object.SOLUTION: A target holding jig comprises: a support part 10 for supporting a target in a state of contacting with a measured point of a measurement object 300; a guide part 20 for regulating a position in which the target contacts with the measurement object 300 in a short-side direction of an end face of the measurement object 300; and a connecting part 30 fixed to the support part 10, and detachably connected to the measurement object 300. The support part 10 is a plate-shaped member which is formed of a material having permeability. The connecting part 30 comprises a pair of connecting members which are arranged at an interval so as to sandwich the target in a long-side direction of the measurement object 300. The connecting member 31 is constituted of a pair of plate springs 31a, 31b for griping a pair of faces 300a, 300b of the measurement object 300 in the short-side direction with an elastic force.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 4
