PURPOSE: To easily execute an equipment operation by prediction-estimating the operation purpose of a user and displaying a message and a key by means of adjusting them to the purpose.
CONSTITUTION: A display part 1, an input part 2, a control part 3, a storage part 5, a condition set storage part 6, a purpose history storage part 7, an operation state storage part 8 and a support content storage part 9 are provided. A process 10 controls an equipment 4 based on input, and a process 11 stores an input sequence as input history. A process 12 judges whether one of the plural operation purposes has been realized or not by input history, and a process 13 updates a user model based on the realized operation purpose. A process 14 stores the operation state of the operation state storage part 8 and a state parameter showing the state of the equipment in the storage part 7, and a process 15 updates the user model by purpose history and the condition of the storage part 6. A process 16 sets that to which operation state the user belongs to be a degree belonging to the operation state by input history, and stores it. A process 17 calculates the operation purpose and the possibility by the operation state and the user model. A process 18 retrieves the group of the operation purpose, a message and a control program from the storage part 9 by the result, displays a retrieved content and the key which can be selected on a display means and executes the control program when it is selected.
