Abstract:
To provide the target temperature decision means of a local temperature adjustment device which can perform local cooling and heating conforming to a feeling of an occupant, and can reduce total power consumption necessary for the cooling and heating.SOLUTION: The target temperature decision means 105 of a local temperature adjustment device (a steering temperature adjustment device 10, a hip seat temperature adjustment device 11 and a lumbar seat temperature adjustment device 12) for locally cooling and heating an occupant H in a cabin decides a target temperature of the local temperature adjustment device on the basis of: total body thermal feeling determination means 101 for determining a total body thermal feeling determination value corresponding to a thermal feeling of a total body of an occupant on the basis of a peripheral environment of the occupant; local thermal feeling estimation means 103 for estimating a local thermal feeling of a human body at which the occupant feels comfortable on the basis of the total body thermal feeling determination value; ideal sensible temperature decision means 104 for deciding an ideal sensible temperature of the total body of the occupant from the local thermal feeling estimation value which is estimated by the local thermal feeling estimation means; a skin temperature of the occupant who contacts with the local temperature adjustment device; and an ideal sensible temperature decision value.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 2
