PURPOSE: To eliminate the concentration of loads on some of computers and to enable proper distribution on the whole when many tasks are distributed.

CONSTITUTION: Each computer in a computer network has a task evaluated value memory 14 stored with evaluated values of tasks, a task exchange history memory 14 stored with history information obtained at the time of a task exchange between computers, and a network interface 16 in addition to a CPU 11, a main memory 12, and an I/O interface 13 as constituent elements of a normal computer. The tasks are properly distributed to the respective computers and the tasks are exchanged between two computers according to the evaluated values corresponding to the respective tasks in evaluated value tables that the respective computers have, thereby increasing stepwise the adaption of the tasks that the computer executes.
