To provide a tassel having natural roundness in a state of bundling a curtain without making creases by simply giving moderate elasticity at a low cost to a tassel interlining made of a nonwoven fabric.
An interlining 2 is made of a nonwoven fabric to be used for a curtain tassel. A linear member 4 with elasticity is attached to either one of the upper edge part and the lower edge part, or both the upper edge part and the lower edge part of the interlining 2. The linear member 4 is attached by mounting a strip 5 of a prescribed width to the edge part of the interlining 2 to which the linear member 4 is attached so that the strip is folded in half to sandwich the edge part. The inside surface of the strip 5 is bonded to the edge part of the interlining 2 so that the linear member 4 is stored inside the strip 5 folded in half.
