A mobile terminal 1 obtains current location data with a GPS function, accesses a taxi information server 4 which is a vicinity taxi information database and obtains taxi information of a taxi 2 which locates in the vicinity through the Internet 300. Based on the current location data and location data of the taxi 2 which is in the vicinity, the mobile terminal 1 obtains map information and restricted speed information of a road between the current location and the taxi 2 from a map information server 3 and calculates a route and distance to the taxi 2. The mobile terminal 1 calculates arrival time of the user of the taxi to the current position according to the obtained restricted speed of the rood and the calculated distance.
