SOLUTION: This taxi-sharing reservation/operation system connects a reservation system 20 functioned as a server, a taxi terminal 30 provided in the taxi possessed by a taxi businessman, and a user terminal 10 transmitting contact information for communicating about the presence/absence of intending reservation information intended when a user reserves the sharing of the taxi and the intending reservation information from another user being convenient in sharing the taxi to a reservation system to one another via communication network 100. When receiving the intending reservation information, the reservation system presents a fare to the user terminal, regards the receiving of the contact information as the agreement of the fare to perform matching, when the matching is formed, creates the users' identification information, and transmits the formation of the matching and the users' identification information to all the applicable user terminals. This system transmits the users' identification information and the intending reservation information to the taxi terminal of the taxi to be dispatched.
