PURPOSE: To remarkably shorten synchronism recovery time by transmitting several kinds of telex signals shared by at least two or more telex terminal slave stations from a central station, and preparing plural timing for the synchronous control of plural telex terminal slave stations.

CONSTITUTION: Twenty-eight telex terminal slave stations share one time slot TS1, and twenty-eight transmission frames are divided into seven groups, and the content of a telex synchronizing signal is set so as to be changed at every four transmission frames. The twentyeight telex terminal slave stations are divided into the seven groups, and identification(ID) cedes are attached on them, and correspondence between one telex synchronizing signal and one ID code is taken in one to one. A telex control part 28 performs synchronism maintaining control with the central station replying to the input of seven kinds of telex synchronizing signals, respectively.
