Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a tea leaf hot blast oxidase deactivation device capable of performing oxidase deactivation with hot blast having high thermal energy.SOLUTION: The tea leaf hot blast oxidase deactivation device is characterized in that, first means of the invention comprises: a processing cylinder from whose one end, tea leaves are put, and the tea leaves are taken out from whose the other end; drive means for rotating the processing cylinder; a crosspiece disposed inside of the processing cylinder; and hot blast supply means for spraying hot blast from one end of the processing cylinder, and further comprises steam mixing means for mixing steam to the hot blast.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
