Abstract:

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obtain a tea pot that extracts good tea in a short time and can be simply and unerringly cleaned.
SOLUTION: The tea pot has a shaft body 42, a glass container 44 attached to the shaft body 42, a filter 46 provided in the lower portion of the glass container 44 and on which a right quantity of tea leaves is mounted and an extraction port 18 below the filter 46 and has a tray body 45 removably attached to the lower end of the shaft body 42. Holes 42f and 42h are formed in the shaft body 42. The mixture of hot water and steam is poured over tea leaves placed on the filter 46 through the holes 42f and 42h like pounding them.
