Abstract:

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a tea server capable of preventing steam generated at the time of mixing powdered tea with hot water from exerting a bad influence upon each unit of the server and being easy at maintenance work too.
SOLUTION: The tea server comprises a supply nozzle 32 for supplying hot water from a hot water supplying means to a tea supplying unit A. The server further comprises mixing containers 31 for mixing powdered tea Q with the hot water supplied through the supply nozzles 32. Each mixing container 31 comprises an opening 31A formed on its upper surface to drop the powdered tea Q inside from above. Each mixing container 31 is provided with a partition plate 33 to partition the upper interior space thereof into a main mixing room 31 B at the side of the opening 31A of the mixing container 31 and an auxiliary water supply room 31C at the side of the supply nozzle 32 inserted into the mixing container 31. Each mixing container 31 is further provided with an outlet 34 for discharging steam on the upper surface of the auxiliary water supply room 31C.
