This system is provided with operation authority storage means 7 defining the authrity of operations of respective users in the three dimensional shared working space and operation authority judging means 8 judging whether operation functions to be executed by a user are usable or not or what kinds of operation functions are to be selected among usable operation functions based on information stored in operation authrity storage means 7. A network 9 connects plural nodes 1, 2 of users of the technical consultation assistance system. As a result, the authority of operations of respective users in the three dimensional shared working space are defined and whether respective users may perform arbitrary operations or not can be judged based on the definitions. Thus, it can be prevented that a customer who does not have a knowledge about objectives and a customer who does not have an operation authority perform erroneous operations.
