To provide a technique for highly accurately correcting the temperature dependency of a pressure-sensitive coating measuring method by reducing errors caused by the occurrence of substantial differences between an average value of data of a plurality of images acquired by spending considerable time and a value of reference light emission intensity immediately after ventilation is halted.
In the technique for correcting the temperature dependency of the pressure-sensitive coating measuring method by time-serial temperature changes, data of a plurality of images acquired by imaging in an environment in which a pressure distribution is present and data of a plurality of images acquired by imaging immediately after the environment is changed over to an environment of uniform pressure are acquired. Time-serial changes in light emission intensity at the same point on a specimen are approximated by a curve on the basis of each image data. Light emission data immediately before the changeover to the environment of uniform pressure and light emission data immediately after the changeover are adopted on the basis of the approximate curve of time-serial changes to acquire a ratio of light emission intensity.
