A communication control system 1 includes: a plurality of readers A, B, C which send and receive information by radio to/from a wireless tag T for communication; and a server 3 which is connected through a network to the plurality of the readers A, B, C. The server 3 includes a processing status table for a large capacity storage 18 in which a time division that one of the plurality of the readers A, B, C can occupy exclusively, is set and recorded. In a time division defined in the processing status table, as the time division that can be exclusively occupied, each of the plurality of the readers A, B, C sends and receives information to/from the wireless tag T. In a time division which is not defined in the processing status table, as the time division that can be exclusively occupied, each of the plurality of the readers A, B, C does not send and receive information to/from the wireless tag T.
