A telephone contact method executed by a service center 120 which extracts a text from a received mail to generate voice data and originates a call to a designated telephone number to transmit the voice data executes; an input step of inputting the mail by an input part 103, a text extraction step of extracting the text from the mail by a text extraction part 104, a voice conversion step of converting the text to voice data by a voice conversion part 105, a telephone number extraction step of extracting a telephone number from the mail by a telephone number extraction part 112, a call originating step of originating a call to the telephone number extracted by the telephone number extraction part 112, a response detection step of detecting whether a terminal of the extracted telephone number has responded or not by a telephone response detection part 107, and a voice transmission step of transmitting the converted voice data by a voice transmission part 114 when discriminating that the terminal of the extracted telephone number in the response step has responded has responded.
