Abstract:

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a telephone control device automatically transmitting an electronic mail, including information related to an extension of an incoming call destination or information related to an incoming call, to a destination designated by an electronic mail address corresponding to a calling party of the incoming call or the extension of the incoming call destination, when the extension of the incoming call destination does not respond to the incoming call.SOLUTION: A telephone control device 1 includes an electronic mail generation/transmission unit 17 for transmitting an electronic mail to a destination registered in an address/notification condition registration unit 15 in which a telephone number is registered in association with an electronic mail address. When a preset condition is satisfied for an incoming call to an extension, or when a particular command is received from one of extensions, electronic mail transmission means extracts the electronic mail address corresponding to a calling party of the incoming call or an extension of an incoming call destination, and automatically transmits an electronic mail, including information related to the extension of an incoming call destination or information related to the incoming call, to the destination designated by the extracted electronic mail address.
