Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To allow a user to easily obtain the time in the area of a called party with a time difference.
SOLUTION: In this telephone device, a time difference with each area is stored in a storage part 13 corresponding to the area of each called party designated according to a prescribed area designation number to be used for a telephone number, and the time difference of the area corresponding to the area designation number included in the telephone number of a called party is obtained from the storage part 13, and the present data of the called party is calculated from the time difference and the present date of its own area by a calculating part 3A, and displayed at a display part 12.
