Abstract:
To improve convenience in the operation of an ACD device at a remote spot by eliminating a limit in the number of MIS terminals, which can be installed at the remote spots.
An ACD device 20 generates call information and transmits it to a main MIS device 30. The main MIS device 30 temporarily stores the call information received from the ACD device 20, distributes it to correspondent terminal equipment 40-1 to 40-n and transfers call information to an MIS repeater 50. The MIS repeater 50 distributes the transferred call information to correspondent terminal equipment 60-1 to 60-n.
