Abstract:
PURPOSE: To provide the telephone exchange transferring only a phone call with high importance to a designated transfer destination by selecting a caller.
CONSTITUTION: The exchange is provided with an external line interface section 3 connecting to an external line 2 and switching a telephone line, an extension interface section 5 connecting to an extension 4 to switch the telephone line, a telephone transfer section 10 having a phone call transfer function transferring a received phone call set in advance to a designated transfer destination and a control section 7 sharing the entire control of each section, and the presence of registration of telephone information of a caller to the telephone transfer section 10 is discriminated when a called phone call is transferred to a designated transfer destination and only when telephone information of a caller is already registered, the call is transferred to the designated transfer destination. Through the constitution above, the caller is selected depending on the presence of the registration of the telephone information of the caller and only a phone call with high importance is transferred to the designated transfer destination.
