Abstract:

To provide a telephone reception support system on steel material quality information.

The telephone reception support system comprises a process for acquiring the telephone number of one's party that has arrived or has been transmitted, a process for collecting the client person-in-charge information of one's party based on information on the telephone number for editing, a process for collecting quality information on steel materials related to the client concerned from the quality information database, based on the client person-in- charge information and for editing it for each quality information title, and a process for simultaneously displaying the client person-in-charge information, the quality information and/or the quality information title at least on one display screen.
