PURPOSE: To realize the security of number information against a 3rd party and to relieve the trouble of memorizing telephone numbers and to decrease the registration time by using a memory card so as to store telephone numbers thereupon.

CONSTITUTION: The talking function being a 1st main function is executed by an operation button section 12, a talking button 7, a numeral display section 3, a telephone channel section and a hook switch 17. Moreover, a 2nd storage function of telephone numbers is put into practice by using the operating button section 12, the numeral display section 3, a lamp display section 11, a function control section 9, a fixed storage section 14 and a crystal oscillator 16. Furthermore, the utilization and replacement of opposite telephone numbers stored on the 3rd memory card is conducted by the similar means for the said 2nd telephone number storage function, and in this case, the memory card 13 is used in place of the fixed storage section.
