Abstract:
To identifiably display park hold subjected to intermediation on an IP extension terminal at an intermediation destination.SOLUTION: In a telephone system 1, in response to an extension call origination message transmitted from an intermediation source terminal in which a park hold operation is performed during an outline call, and defining an intermediation destination terminal as a call destination, a call control part 15 of a telephone control device 10 transmits to the intermediation destination terminal an extension call incoming message including park hold identification information designating the park hold which is performed in the intermediation source terminal, as an intermediation object. A terminal control part 26 of an IP extension terminal 20 extracts the park hold identification information from the extension call incoming message transmitted from the telephone control device 10 and switches hold display on a display part 23 relating to the park hold which is designated as the intermediation object by the park hold identification information, into hold display indicating the intermediation object.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
