Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a services concerning uniform transactions as against customers by means of respective operators who executes conversation with them through the use of telephones by detecting the actual states of response of the operators to the customers based on provided information and generating evaluation data, based on the detected actual states of the response of the operators. SOLUTION: CD-ROM 200 stores the program of a processing for evaluating and judging the response of the operators to the customers. CPU 101 of a reception terminal displays merchandise being proper to the customer in a display unit 103 based on the attribute of the customer after the processing concerning actual transaction information. The response of the operator to the customer is evaluated from conditions for operating an input unit 104 when the operator introduces the merchandise to the customer, based on display information. Thus, the telephone response education is executes to the operators in order to obtain uniform evaluation data.
