PURPOSE: To execute exactly and quickly the telephone transmission, by encoding a telephone number, recording it on a card, reproducing it by a reader, and transferring it to a telephone set.

CONSTITUTION: A telephone number is recorded in the upper left corner 1A of a longitudinal writing card by use of a code by a punching system. In case when it is read, for instance, by an optical system reader, it is read through a special pulse adjusting device, and an obtained signal is sent to a telephone set. In this way, the telephone set can be made to execute transmission exactly and quickly.
