To provide a telescopic bed allowing a user to easily adjust the length according to the height of the user.

A bed frame 2 and a foot frame 3 are disposed at the front and rear. A pair of left and right side pipes 4 horizontally extending toward the foot frame 3, are provided at the head frame 2, and a pair left and right side pipes 4 horizontally extending toward the head frame 2 are provided at the foot frame 3. These front and rear side pipes 4 and 4 are slidably connected by C-shaped channels 5 to make a rectangular frame-shaped bed body 1. Auxiliary frames 7a and 7b are held crosswise between the pairs of left and right side pipes 4 and 4, and the auxiliary frame 7a on the head side and the auxiliary frame 7b on the foot side are connected by a threaded shaft 6. The length of the bed body 1 can be extended/contracted by sliding/moving the head frame 2 or the foot frame 3 forward/backward with the turning of the threaded shaft 6.
