Abstract:
To provide a telescopic rod capable of preventing a small-diameter pipe from coming out of a large-diameter pipe at unintended timing.SOLUTION: A telescopic rod includes a gripping tube 32 covering the outer peripheral surface of a gripping pipe 31A having the largest diameter from among the plurality of pipes, and a cylindrical cap 33 fixed to the tip of a tip pipe 31F with the smallest diameter from among the plurality of pipes and held by the gripping tube 32 by the inner peripheral surface coming into contact with the outer peripheral surface of the gripping tube 32 when the tip pipe 31F is accommodated in the gripping pipe 31A. As a result, when the cap 33 covers the end portion of the gripping pipe 31A, the frictional force generated at a contact portion between the inner peripheral surface of the cap 33 and the outer peripheral surface of the gripping tube 32 causes the cap 33 to be held by the gripping pipe 31A. Therefore, the pipes 31B to 31F housed in the gripping pipe 31A are restricted from coming out of the gripping pipe 31A.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 2
