PURPOSE: To widen the field of vision of a reconnoitering range for catching the accurate position of a target, and to inform the following aircraft of a field situation by detecting the position and direction of an airframe and distance from it to the target, and sending the field on a television camera through radiocommunication for wide area-enlargedly photographing.

CONSTITUTION: The field on a wide area plaotographing television camera 4 is displayed on a monitor input device 7. When a sufferer has been found, a marker 8 is focused on the sufferer, and the field on a enlargedly photographing television camera 5 is displayed on a monitor 10 for confirming it. A tracking mode is then selected for storing the present position of an airframe obtained through a position detecting device 1 utilizing a wave sent from an artificial satellite, an angle indicated on a rotary table 6 of the direction of the television camera 5 and its clip, the forward direction of the airframe on a direction indicator 2 and the data of a distance to a target on a range finder 3, and the rotary table 6 is thereby controlled for tracking the target. In addition, to that, the accurately measured position of the target and the field of a field situation are transmitted to a rescue helicopter through a radiocommunication device 11.
