To provide a television camera device safely applied to a universal head for large-angle operation by providing a hook for preventing a lens device from falling on the lens device or either side of the camera, and also providing a fitting member in which the hook is fit on the lens device or the other side of the camera.

In the television camera device 10, the hook for preventing the lens device from falling 30 is fit in the fitting member 32 so as to couple an EFP lens device 12 and the camera 14, so that the fitting member 32 is finally caught by the stopper 31 of the hook 30 even though the large-angle tilt operation of the camera device 10 is performed by the universal head 16 and the engaging force of wedged engaging members 18 and 20 is lost. Thus, the EFP lens device 12 is prevented from falling from the camera 14.
