PURPOSE: To reduce the manufacturing cost and maintenance cost of a base by plurally combining a basic circuit having a bus line connected to a first communication line through a communication memory, a bus line directly connected to a second communication line, and a change-over switch for connecting the bus lines to a CPU circuit.
CONSTITUTION: The input and output data of an I/O buffer memory 3 is read and written also from a CPU circuit 4 through a bus line 10, and bus lines 10, 20, 30 are mutually connected through a change-over switch 7. Memories 11-14 are connected to the bus line 20 to conduct the read and write from the outside of a television game device, the change-over switch 7 is switched on MAIN side to read and write the memories 11-14 from the CPU 4 through the bus lines 10, 20, and the bus line 30 is utilized for the data transmission with the outside. The television device 1 is constituted by using this circuit as a basic circuit, and combining a plurality of the basic circuits.
