The radio wave absorption plate 1 having structure by laminating a radio wave absorbing body on a metal reflector plate and further laminating a plastic plate on the radio wave absorbing body is mounted on the television wave transmission steel tower 21. Consequently, unnespurious radiation can be relieved by increasing the reflection loss of the radio waves that are radiated from antennas of other steel towers even under conditions that many steel towers for transmission are installed in a narrow area and the radio wave absorption plate 1 is made useful for countermeasures against the ghost in television broadcast.
