SOLUTION: A dial 5A of a main set side unit 2A and a dial 5B of a follower set side unit 2B are coupled through a coupling member 40. The coupling member 40 is expandable, and based upon the expansion length a set value of the dial 5A and a set value of the dial 5B are determined.
