Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To reduce the number of part items, facilitate manufacture, and smoothly screw an adjusting dial and a rotation adjusting screw by integrally forming them of a synthetic resin.
SOLUTION: A vertical movement adjusting screw 8 supports a snap ring 18 receiving the lower face of a reinforcing plate 13 on the outer periphery of the lower end of a boss section 17 forming a rotation adjusting screw 16 formed integrally with an adjusting dial 15 made of a synthetic resin. When a temperature adjusting dial is to be used, the rotation adjusting screw 16 formed integrally with the adjusting dial 15 is rotated. The vertical movement of the adjusting dial 15 is limited by the snap ring 18. The rotation of the vertical movement adjusting screw 8 screwed in the rotation adjusting screw 16 is limited by a stopper 10, and it can be vertically moved. The vertical movement adjusting screw 8 is vertically moved by the rotation of the rotation adjusting screw 16, and an upper diaphragm plate 1 is moved via a fixed member 6 fixed to an adjuster screw 7 screwed to it.
