Abstract:

To improve thermoelectric conversion efficiency of a thermoelectric conversion element.

A heat exchanger 21 for a first face is jointed to a first face 20a of a Peltier element 20. The heat exchanger 21 for the first face is connected to a heat exchanger 23 for controlling a temperature of a battery through a first flow passage 1. A heat exchanger 22 for a second face is jointed to a second face 20b of the Peltier element 20. The heat exchanger 22 for the second face is connected to a heat exchanger 24 for an electronic component supplied with a heat medium after cooling a power control unit 14. When the first face 20a of the Peltier element 20 radiates heat, a heat medium circulating through a second flow passage 2 is heated by the heat medium supplied to the heat exchanger 24 for the electronic component, and the heated heat medium is supplied to the heat exchanger 22 for the second face. When the first face 20a of the Peltier element 20 absorbs heat, the heat medium cooled by a cooling mechanism 25 is supplied to the heat exchanger 22 for the second face.
