A temperature adjustment water supply machine 11 includes: a water heat exchanger 21 that heats water; a vessel 47; and two or more electrodes 51, 52 disposed in a vessel 47, wherein a water channel is formed in the vessel 47 by the two or more electrodes 51, 52, and includes: an electrolyzer 41 that removes a scale component included in water that is sent to the water heat exchanger 21; an inversion mechanism 80 that inverts a flow direction of water in a water channel; and a buffer tank 90 disposed between the electrolyzer 41 and the water heat exchanger 21. Water that drains from the vessel 47 is mixed with water in the buffer tank 90 in the buffer tank 90.
