A temperature measurement discrimination processing part 10a for repeating discrimination processing until a temperature difference between a corrected temperature acquired by correcting by a correction value, the measured temperature by the temperature sensor 3 and the reference temperature of a reference temperature sensor 4 falls within a tolerance, sets the tolerance at the first tolerance, and performs the first correction process wherein the correction value is set at zero in discrimination processing in the first time, and a renewed correction value acquired by adding a temperature difference in the preceding discrimination processing to the correction value in the preceding discrimination processing is used in discrimination processing in the second time and after. When the temperature difference falls within the first tolerance, the processing part 10a sets the tolerance at the second tolerance narrower than the first tolerance, and performs the second correction process wherein a correction value when the temperature difference falls within the first tolerance in the first correction process is used in discrimination processing in the first time, and a renewed correction value acquired by adding a temperature difference in the preceding discrimination processing to the correction value in the preceding discrimination processing is used in discrimination processing in the second time and after.
