To provide a temperature characteristic regulating method for a differential pressure measuring device of a remote seal type with excellent productivity.
A static pressure characteristic of a zero-point output in the differential pressure measuring device main body is measured (process 1), then a diaphragm unit is attached to the main body to assemble a remote seal-type differential pressure measuring device (process 2), a static pressure characteristic of the zero-point output therein is measured (process 3), the former measured value is subtracted from the latter measured value to calculate the static pressure characteristic of the zero-point output only in the diaphragm unit (process 4), the resulting value is multiplied by a thermal expansion coefficient value of a seal liquid inside the diaphragm unit and divided by the volume compressibility of the seal liquid, given a negative sign, and the temperature coefficient value of a temperature characteristic of the zero-point output is calculated (process 5). A temperature characteristic value of the zero point output in the diaphragm unit is calculated, using the temperature coefficient value to be added to a temperature characteristic value of the zero-point output in the main body, so as to be determined as the temperature characteristic value of the zero-point output in the remote seal-type differential pressure measuring device (process 6).
