Abstract:
To improve frequency stability and to output the clock signal of a fixed frequency over a wide temperature range in an oscillator using a SAW resonator.
A control voltage corresponding to a phase difference between the output signal of a temperature compensated crystal oscillator circuit (TCXO 1) and a signal dividing the frequency of the output signal of a voltage controlled SAW oscillator circuit (VCSO 4) using the SAW resonator is supplied to the VCSO 4 such that the frequency of the output signal of the VCSO 4 can be controlled to the fixed frequency over the wide temperature range.
