Abstract:

PURPOSE: To suppress the reduction of the output gas pressure of a gas regulating valve using a diaphragm made of synthetic rubber at the time of a temperature rise by providing a tension reinforcing layer made of a fabric or a net on the diaphragm.

CONSTITUTION: A valve body 5 is provided on the valve chamber 2 side of a rubber diaphragm 4 partitioning a substrate 1 into the valve chamber 2 and a regulating chamber 3, a regulating spring 7 is provided between the valve body 5 and a regulating screw 6 on the regulating chamber 3 side in a gas regulating valve 8, and a tension reinforcing layer 9 made of a fabric or a net is provided on the rubber diaphragm 4. The extension of the diaphragm 4 and the reduction of its elasticity can be suppressed within a fixed limit by the tension reinforcing function of the reinforcing layer 9 even if the ambient temperature rises, thereby the reduction of the output gas pressure can be improved.
