Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a temperature compensation crystal oscillator that can maintain a phase noise characteristic in good condition.
SOLUTION: In the temperature compensation crystal oscillator where a voltage variable capacitive element is inserted to an oscillation closed loop of a crystal oscillator having a frequency temperature characteristic and applying a temperature compensation voltage is applied to the voltage variable capacitive element compensates the frequency temperature characteristic, the temperature compensation voltage is applied to the anode of the voltage variable capacitive element and a fixed voltage to block conduction is applied to the cathode of the voltage variable capacitive element.
