Abstract:
To suppress the frequency fluctuation of a resonant surface acoustic wave(SAW) oscillator caused by a rapid temperature change.
An output frequency use exciting transducer and a reflector, and a temperature detection transducer and a reflector are provided on the surface of a SAW resonator built in the resonant SAW oscillator 1, a frequency - voltage conversion circuit 2 and a temperature compression circuit 3 generate a control voltage to suppress the output frequency fluctuation of the resonant SAW oscillator 1 based on a resonant frequency corresponding to the detected temperature of the SAW resonator from the temperature detection transducer thereby controlling the output frequency fluctuation in the SAW oscillator.
