Abstract:
PURPOSE: To obtain high-level frequency stability by providing a means which varies a gradient, a mans which changes the polarities, and a means which changes a segment. CONSTITUTION: The temperature compensating circuit 10 for the oscillator is provided with a temperature sensor 14, a memory 12 which stores data corresponding to a plurality of temperature ranges, and an analog-digital converter 16 coupled with the temperature sensor 14 and equipped with frequency determining crystal. Further, the circuit 10 includes variable gradient generators 24 and 26 having the means which varies the gradient, the means which changes the polarities, and the means which changes the segment. The circuit 10 also includes a means which updates temperature data of the compensating circuit. Consequently, high-level frequency stability is given to improve the reliability.
