PURPOSE: To enable to control temperature idealy upon room cooling by providing a control device defining an aiming room temperature followed to a variation of an outdoor temperature during operation of a room cooler and thereby control an operating time of a compressor.
CONSTITUTION: An LSI 5 detects a location in setting portion 9 for thermo-notches to where an indoor thermister 11 is corresponding by comparing with scanning wave forms from a resister group 13 and a comparator 12. The scanning signal is output sequencially to the setting portion 9 in correspondence with a proper temperature difference, and a compressor 3 is controlled by the detected temperature difference. Next, when a custom switch 10 is closed, a transister 16 is connected and a comparator group 15 is operated, and further, a slide for open air is added to the scanning signal by an outdoor thermister 14 connected to the comparator group 15, thus, a temperature control by the open air slide may be effected.
