PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To effectively mitigate a heat shock in a house.SOLUTION: A temperature control device in a house comprises: an air conditioner 11 arranged in one space 1 out of two adjacent spaces 1 and 2 in the house; a temperature sensor 7 arranged in the other space 2; an opening part 30 that connects the two spaces; a ventilation part 5 arranged in the opening part and having a variable opening area; and a control part 8 that changes the opening area of the ventilation part depending on a room temperature difference between the two spaces obtained from a temperature sensor 12 included in the air conditioner and the temperature sensor 7 arranged in the other space.
