The temperature control device is provided for adjusting electric power to be input to the plurality of heaters, to control a temperature to be within a predetermined range. The device includes a power flicker means for turning on the input power to one of the plurality of heaters and switching the heaters to sequentially turn on input power thereto, and a power continuous input means for turning on input power to all of the plurality of heaters, during the time the temperature reaches a predetermined upper limit value, since reaching a predetermined lower limit value. The temperature control program uses a computer for realizing a function for commanding the input power switch of them. The heaters for sequentially turning on the input power thereto switched, to reduce the undershooting range of the temperature, thus suppressing the useless consumption of electric power. In place of the power continuous input means, a power continuous cut-off means can be provided for turning off the input power to all of the heaters during temperature drop.
