To reduce the discomfort caused to a mask wearer.SOLUTION: A temperature adjustment device (10) is used for a sanitary mask (2) and includes: at least one Peltier element (12): at least one fan (11); and a guide (15) that guides an air flow from the fan (11) so as for it to hit an outer face (122) of the Peltier element (12).
