Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a temperature control device that combines alleviating temperature fluctuations of a heat medium circulating through channels with the heat utilization.SOLUTION: A temperature control device comprises: a heat medium introduction channel for introducing the heat medium derived from a heat medium use device; a channel switching mechanism for sending out the heat medium introduced from the heat medium introduction channel from multiple exits by switching according to control conditions; a plurality of switching channels connected to each of the multiple exits of the channel switching mechanism for circulating the heat medium sent out from the channel switching mechanism; a plurality of buffer areas connected to any of the plurality of switching channels for reserving the heat medium circulating through each of the plurality of switching channels; at least one connection flow passage in which the plurality of different buffer areas are connected via a heat exchanger; and a return channel with one end connected to any of the plurality of buffer areas for returning the heat medium to the heat medium use device via a heat exchanger.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
