Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a temperature management device which can maintain quality, such as freshness, of a temperature-managed object, such as food product, while preventing freezing of the object.SOLUTION: A temperature management device includes: a storage in which a temperature-managed object is stored; a basic cooling air generating part for generating a basic cooling air CL1; a cooling air temperature changing part 8 for setting the basic cooling air CL1 to a target temperature cooling air CL2 which is at a target temperature of 0°C; an ice crushing part for generating crushed ice 200 and supplying the crushed ice 200 to the cooling air temperature changing part 8; a first fan for sending the basic cooling air CL1 to the cooling air temperature changing part 8; and a second fan for sending the target temperature cooling air CL2 to the storage to fill the storage. The cooling air temperature changing part 8 includes a heat exchanging body 40 inside which a crushed ice passing space SP is formed through which the crushed ice 200 supplied from the ice crushing part passes through, and the target temperature cooling air CL2 is generated by bringing the basic cooling air CL1 sent from the first fan into contact with the crushed ice 200 in the crushed ice passing space SP.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 4
