Abstract:

To provide a temperature control method in which fluidized bed temperature is prevented from being lowered to stably operate a fluidized bed pyrolysis furnace, and provide a waste pyrolysis furnace using the temperature control method, and waste processing equipment.

In a single tower waste pyrolysis furnace where waste is thrown into a fluidized bed and is pyrolyzed and gassified, there is provided means in which part of a combustible component such as pylorysys gas produced from a fluidized bed FD is combusted and combustion heat thereof is provided to the fluidized bed. The means comprises a nozzle 116 provided penetrating a furnace wall surrounding the fluidized bed FD, directed toward an upper surface of the fluidized bed, gas supply means 118, 119 for supplying partial combustion gas to the nozzle, flow rate regulating means 120, 121 for regulate a gas flow rate supplied to the nozzle 116.
