Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a temperature control polyurethane gel composition containing an aliphatic acid ester as a phase change material (PCM)directly incorporated in a liquid phase of a polyurethane gel without a capsule and a manufacturing method of a corresponding article.SOLUTION: A temperature control polyurethane gel composition in which a liquid or molten PCM is dissolved in a polyol component of the gel, crystallizes and can be molten reversibly in a gel structure. The PCM is a temperature control polyurethane gel composition that uses an aliphatic acid ester in a targeted temperature control range and a mixture thereof. The polyurethane gel is a nominally at least three-functional ethylene oxide-containing alkylene oxide polyether polyol that is insufficiently crosslinked and includes 0 to 40% of EO, a manufacturing method including a step of including isocyanate having 1.5 to 3.5 effective functionality.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 3
