To provide a temperature control system or the like capable of effectively preventing a person who goes back and forth, for example, between his/her house and a vehicle from having any feeling of discomfort attributable to the temperature difference between the insides of the vehicle and the house without any burden on the person.
The temperature control system comprises a temperature detection unit 1 for detecting the temperature in the vehicle, a temperature detection unit 10 for detecting the temperature in the house, and control units 3 and 12 which control at least any one of the temperature in the cabin and the temperature in the house so that the difference between the temperature in the cabin and the temperature in the house is equal to or less than the preset threshold based on the detected temperature in the cabin and the temperature in the house.
